Living without water

Mebrahtenn lives in this Hiwane, around 15 minutes away but it is a very steep walk. She comes to the stream once every two days as she lives alone and can’t walk easily and isn't healthy. She was suffering from a hyperactive thyroid problem caused by lack of iodine.
She said: “I can’t fetch water as I want, I am not healthy. I feel tired, so I can’t carry as much water as I want. Most of the time I pass sleeping.”
